When it comes to achieving optimal well-being, it's crucial to address all aspects of your health. Nicole understands the importance of taking a comprehensive approach to wellness.
One common misconception that we often encounter is the belief that focusing solely on physical health is sufficient. While physical fitness is undoubtedly essential, true wellness encompasses more than just the body. Mental and emotional well-being are equally important components of overall health.
It's essential to recognize that physical, mental, and emotional health are interconnected. Neglecting one aspect can have a ripple effect on the others. That's why our approach at One Body Wellness is holistic, addressing all facets of wellness to help you achieve balance and harmony in your life.
Remember, true wellness is not achieved through a one-size-fits-all approach. It requires personalized care and attention to your unique needs and goals. At One Body Wellness, I am committed to providing you with the individualized support you need to thrive.
Take the first step towards a healthier, more balanced life today. Together, we can work towards a duplicate of your best self - vibrant, resilient, and truly well in every sense of the word.

Nicole is trained in Contemporary Acupuncture with McMaster University. The Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program is skill-based, clinically oriented, with the devotion to practical workshops on neurofunctional acupuncture and electroacupuncture, surface anatomy palpation, needle insertion skills, anatomy laboratory, condition-specific blueprint treatment design, special techniques workshops, and treatment of live cases.
Contemporary Medical Acupuncture is mechanism-based, not disease-based. Therapeutic goals and treatment targets are selected based on the identified neurological dysfunctions contributing to the clinical presentation of the symptoms. Sometimes Contemporary Medical Acupuncture treatments result in transient amelioration or disappearance of the symptoms, and other times results in permanent resolution of the dysfunction, especially when dysregulation of the nervous system was the underlying pathophysiological mechanism.
Nicole incorporates her contemporary acupuncture training in her massage therapy treatments when indicated.
